The 2023 A Grade Pennants continued with Week 7 on Sunday March 5

This week saw Division 1 play their 7th rounds - whilst Division 2 and Division 3 played their 6th and last Rounds.

Division 1 saw Charlestown record a close win at home over Newcastle.   

Division 1 also saw Belmont record their first win of the series with a good win over Merewether.  This game was played on Saturday afternoon at Belmont

Division 1 games continue for another 3 Rounds.

Division 2 saw a easy win to Waratah, at home - and this cemented their place as the leader of this division and winner of the Division 2 Pennant -  This will see Waratah promoted to Division 1 next year.

In the other Division 2 game - away  team, Hawks Nest recorded a good win over the Muree team.  This enabled Hawks Nest to finish 2nd in Division 2  Unfortunately, both Shortland Waters and Muree are destined for relegation to Division 3 in 2024.

In Division 3 - Nelson Bay, playing away, recorded an emphatic win over Tanilba Bay - enabling them to claim the Division 3 Pennant, after a count back - when they finished equal with Pacific Dunes on 5 points.   Nelson Bay GC will one promoted to Division 2 for the 2024 series.

Pacific Dunes recorded an emphatic win over newcomers, Horizons.   This enabled Pacific Dunes to finish 2nd in Division 3
