Yesterday the Nelson Bay Cup was played in ideal conditions, the course had received 120mm of rain in the few days leading up to it, but was still presenting in ideal condition.

Matt Kirkwood continues to shine with a round of 72 beating David Alexander on a countback, this give Matt an extended lead in the OOM.

The Autumn record at Newcastle has been postponed to a date in November.
